We offer two pricing models

Pay Per Candidate: One competitive fee for each successful hire based on the role and candidate's experience level

Company Retainer + Per Candidate Fee: Upfront retainer fee for dedicated resources and additional per-candidate fees for successful hires.

The retainer model is ideal for businesses with ongoing or high-volume hiring needs, providing cost savings and our commitment to your hiring goals.

Step 1: Scoping Call

To get started, we want to learn all we can about your team from a business and people perspective. We want to become your biggest fans so we can understand the culture and how to identify the best hard and soft skill fit properly. This is also a time to set proper expectations in terms of timeline, budget, and hiring process.

Step 2: Talent Identification

We find companies in Southeast Asia with similar features to yours by looking at industries, business categories, funding & revenue stages, and culture. Then, we breakdown their org-chart to find the top 1%.

Step 3: Candidate Vetting

We reach out to qualified candidates based on their availability and affordability. Candidates who pass three rounds of interviews with us will be presented to your hiring team. After your interview and work project, we will facilitate the negotiations of the compensation package.

Step 4: Sign, Seal, & Delivered

With an agreement in hand, we will run background, education, and reference checks. We will also facilitate the onboarding with your HR and get the candidate ready for day one.

Step 5: Our Guarantee

We trust our process and the results we deliver. Each candidate comes with our standard 60-day guarantee from the first work day. If it doesn't work out, we will find a replacement for free.
